Refund/Exchange Policy

If you’re looking to return your order, we're here to help! We offer free returns on all faulty/damaged products within 15 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a replacement of the original item, or a refund to the original payment method.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email and include:

  1. Your order number. You can find it on your packing slip or in your Sara’s Soaps and Candles account here.
  2. The reason for your return or exchange.
  3. A photo of your damaged product.
  4. Your preference. Let us know if you’d like us to send you a replacement or you’d prefer store credit or a full refund.

Please allow 7 days to process your return.
